Warranty & Maintenance

Do Laser Ammo products come with a warranty?

Yes, they do. Our warranty is one of the best in the industry.

Products sold by Laser Ammo are under warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use. SureStrike™ products are under warranty for 5,000 laser pulse “shots”, or one year from the date of purchase from Laser Ammo.

The warranty for the electronic targets like LaserPET and IMTTS are for 1 full year form day of purchase.

All of our recoil guns are warrantied from their perspective manufacture (Umarex, Sig Sauer, KWA, ASG) between 30-90 days.

Please note that any unauthorized attempt to open the SureStrike™ cartridge will automatically void the warranty.

What if I need to return a Laser Ammo product?

If you are not happy with our products for any reason, you can return any new, unused and unaltered item within 30 days of delivery of your item. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method

Return Policy

  • Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging.
  • Once your return is received and inspected by Laser Ammo (usually within 48-72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed, and will be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
  • For wire transfer payments, all refunds will be issued to store credit.
  • You are responsible for all returns shipping costs.
  • All returns need an RMA (Return Manufacture Authorization) number and Return Authorization form, which will need to be included with the products returned to Laser Ammo USA. Please call our customer service 516-858-1262 for an RMA number that will need to be included in your return.
  • Please print your Return Authorization form and include it with your shipment. You have 30 days from the day the RMA is issued to return your merchandise so please be sure to print and ship at your earliest convenience.
  • You have the option of using the carrier of your choice to return your order to us. We recommend shipping with a method which includes tracking and insurance for your return shipment.
  • Please retain your return tracking information. Laser Ammo is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment.
  • You will receive a confirmation email or a personal phone call from Laser Ammo when your return is processed which will include the full details of refund / replacement / fix or credit.
  • All shipments must be made prepaid; packages shipped COD will be rejected.

Exchanges

Need to make an exchange? After you process your return, simply place a new order for the exchange merchandise. That means you'll claim the inventory and get your new gear fast!

You are still responsible for return shipping costs on your original order back to us.

Order Cancellation / Modifications

If you change your mind, act quickly! Give us a call as soon as possible and if the order was not shipped, we will be happy to cancel or modify it.

Damaged Items

All products that leave our warehouse in a new and good condition. If you got your package damage that might be due to the carrier.

Please let us know ASAP if any items on your order arrive damaged. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures if possible. Damaged item claims are handled through the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS). We will assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than any of us would like!
