Uses as a “Snap Cap” to protect your firing pin, the back cap is the brains of the laser cartridge and controls the pulse of the laser.

The Digital Bore Sight (DB) Back cap converts the SureStrike™ into a digitally controlled bore sight activated by trigger pull, featuring convenient and efficient battery use. Pull the trigger to dry fire and you get a constant on laser. Turn the laser off by dry firing again.The Digital Bore Sight (DB) Back cap can be used to replace the cap on all SureStrike™ 9mm cartridges and can be used with all available caliber adapters.
